Limited Liability

W-Bridge operates solely as a digital platform to facilitate connections between travelers and traders. The platform does not participate in, inspect, verify, or oversee the exchange or transport of goods.
W-Bridge assumes no liability for the legality, safety, condition, accuracy, or delivery of any items transported through user-arranged agreements.
Users acknowledge that all arrangements made through the platform are private and independent agreements between the parties involved. W-Bridge is not a contractual party to these arrangements.

Responsibility for Transported Goods

The traveler bears full responsibility for any goods they agree to carry. This includes compliance with the laws, regulations, and customs requirements of the origin, transit, and destination countries.
W-Bridge disclaims all responsibility for the contents of items transported through the platform.

Compliance with Airline and Customs Regulations

Users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable airline baggage rules, weight restrictions, and customs laws.
W-Bridge shall not be held liable for any fines, delays, confiscations, denied entry, or legal consequences arising from the transportation of prohibited or undeclared items.

Verification and Due Diligence

Each user is individually responsible for verifying the identity and trustworthiness of the other party. W-Bridge strongly encourages users to take all reasonable steps to protect themselves and confirm all relevant details.

Prohibited Items

It is strictly prohibited to transport or request the transport of items that are illegal, hazardous, counterfeit, or otherwise restricted under national or international law. This includes, but is not limited to, narcotics, firearms, explosives, and unauthorized medical or electronic devices.

Dispute Resolution

W-Bridge does not mediate or resolve conflicts between users. Any disputes must be settled directly between the involved parties without involvement of the platform.

By clicking "Agree" during registration, users confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions, and that they release W-Bridge and its owners from all liability related to the use of the platform.
